The LXM26DU07M3X is part of Schneider Electric's Easy Lexium 26 series, developed for high-performance motion control applications. Known for its compact design and robust construction, this servo drive is ideal for seamless integration into various industrial automation systems. Designed to deliver high precision, it supports a wide range of power configurations and control features, making it a versatile choice for demanding motion tasks.
This servo drive is compatible with both single-phase and three-phase networks, operating within 170 V to 255 V for single-phase and 200 V to 255 V for three-phase systems. It handles a supply frequency of 50/60 Hz with a tolerance of ±5%, and a network frequency range from 47.5 Hz to 63 Hz. In terms of output performance, it delivers a continuous output current of 4.5 A at 16 kHz, with a peak current of 13.5 A for up to 3 seconds. The drive provides a continuous output power of 750 W at 220 V, aligning with a nominal power rating of 0.75 kW at a 16 kHz switching frequency.
Safety is ensured through its Overvoltage Category III rating, offering robust protection for industrial environments. It includes electrical isolation between power and control circuits, and maintains a maximum leakage current of 1.3 mA, meeting essential safety standards. The output voltage matches the input supply, ensuring stable and predictable performance.
This module features a versatile set of control and connectivity options, including discrete inputs operating at 24 V DC, which are configurable as positive or negative logic via CN1 connectors. It also includes 1 to 5 discrete outputs, with an output voltage range of 12 V to 24 V DC, and similar logic configuration capabilities. Additionally, the drive comes equipped with 2 analog inputs, allowing for precise analog signal control.
With an absolute accuracy error of just ±0.1%, this module delivers highly reliable and precise operation, making it a solid choice for industries requiring accuracy, efficiency, and robust connectivity in motion control systems.
